Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect on the ReScore platform, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. ReScore is operated by ABLES Education, Kota, India. Please read it along with our Terms of Service.

1. We never sell or share your details

We do not sell, rent, or share any user’s personal details with anyone for marketing or advertising, under any circumstances. We do not pass your data to recruiters, advertisers, or data brokers.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect only what is needed to run the platform — name, phone number, email, exam attempts, scores, time spent per question, and answer choices. This data is used only to:

• Let the student sign in and access their own account;
• Show the student their own attempts, scores, and analyses;
• Identify who the student is while using the software;
• Allow the student to resume where they left off.

3. Trusted service providers we use

To run the platform, some data must pass through a few essential service providers. We use them only to deliver the service — never for marketing — and they are bound to keep your data confidential:

• Hosting & storage — to store your account and results securely;
• SMS / OTP provider — your phone number, only to send login OTPs;
• Payment gateway — only during payment (see section 9);
• Content processing — questions and solutions may be processed by our tools to generate analyses. Personal details are not needed or used for this.

4. Students under 18

Many of our users are school and coaching students who may be under 18. Accounts for such students are created and managed by their institute or parent, who provide the student’s details for study purposes only. We use a minor’s data solely to run their practice and results on the platform. A parent or the institute can ask us to view or delete a student’s data at any time.

5. How we keep your data safe

Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access. Access is protected by logins, and only you (through your account) and our support staff — when genuinely needed to help you — can see your information. We take reasonable technical steps to protect data against loss or misuse.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, so you can see your history and progress. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data (see section 11). We may keep the minimum required by law, such as payment records.

7. Cookies

We use a few small cookies that are needed for the site to work — for example, to keep you signed in and to keep exams secure. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites for advertising.

8. Data of institutes (schools & coaching centres)

When a school or coaching centre uses ReScore, the institute owns its students’ data. In that case we act only on the institute’s behalf and process the data to provide the service to them. The institute decides who can access the data within their account.

9. Payments

Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers — the gateway processes these directly. We only keep a record that a payment was made.

10. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on our servers, which are located in India, and some data may be stored in Singapore. If you use ReScore from another country, you understand that your data may be processed and stored in India and Singapore under this policy.

11. Your control over your data

You can ask us to view, correct, or delete your account and all associated data at any time by writing to info@ableskota.com. We will process a deletion request within 7 working days.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check this page occasionally for the latest version.

13. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan, India.
